What We're Looking For:
Experience: 15+ years of overall industry experience and at least 8 years specifically in electrical system design, construction, or commissioning for pharmaceutical technology.
Strong Skills: Great communicator and leader, with the ability to collaborate across teams and resolve conflicts effectively.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Google Suite, and familiar with project design and construction processes.
Team-Oriented: Thrive in a team setting and can work smoothly across departments.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Knowledge of NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and OSHA electrical codes and standards.
Experience with GMP pharmaceutical projects or energy efficiency initiatives.
Familiarity with LEED, WELL, or Fitwel certifications.
Work Environment:
This role may involve occasional physical activity like walking, climbing, or lifting (up to 60 lbs).
Flexibility is key — overtime, weekend, or holiday work may be required.
