Job Overview: As a Senior Payroll Administrator, you will manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensure compliance with Canadian tax laws, and serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries. You will collaborate with HR and Finance to maintain seamless payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities
Process bi-weekly/monthly payroll accurately for employees across Canada (including multi-province setups).
Calculate regular pay, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and deductions (CPP, EI, taxes, benefits).
Ensure compliance with federal/provincial regulations (CRA, Employment Standards, ROE, T4/T4A).
Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies with Finance.
