Work Setup:
Fully remote; work typical hours in your time zone, but it's not fixed, tentatively this could be EST/PST.
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical product or web design with strong UX and UI work.
Core Responsibilities:
Create, evaluate, and refine prototypes that support evolving hardware and software application development.
Develop and apply UX and usability processes to investigate and solve technical product and interface problems.
Define and maintain templates, components, and documentation that enable consistent, high-quality communications across products and channels.
Analyze and improve the usability of applications and systems across tactile, visual, web, multimedia, voice response, and conversational interaction modalities.
Contribute to design concepts and implementations, including user requirements, information architecture, and internal design specifications.
Build and document design systems components and patterns in Figma.
Collaborate closely with a team of designers, marketing communications partners, and product partners.
