Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IBM Content Manager / FileNet Developer with strong expertise in content management solutions and a solid background in the insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with document production applications and a deep understanding of the insurance industry's documentation requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level solutions using IBM Content Manager and FileNet.
Work closely with business analysts and insurance domain experts to gather requirements and implement document workflows.
Develop and enhance Document Production applications to meet evolving business needs.
Optimize and troubleshoot existing FileNet-based solutions.
Ensure compliance with organizational and industry best practices in document management and security.
Participate in code reviews, system testing, and deployment processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
