Roles & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
  • 2-5 years of technical support experience in the connector/interconnect industry (design wins preferred) with familiarity in interconnect systems, controllers, ESS/EV charging, or battery/module systems.
  • Proficient in Creo for 3D modeling and Windchill for product data management, and skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to global teams and build strong customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Customer Solutions: Analyze needs and propose power solutions (existing products, modifications, or new concepts); create models/presentations to showcase solutions.
  • Technical Support: Generate engineering documents (drawings, specs, test results) and collaborate with thermal/simulation teams and lab testing.
  • Product Market Expertise: Advise customers on emerging trends and competitive differentiation; build trusted relationships with key clients' engineering teams; lead Voice of Customer (VOC) activities for new products.
  • Travel: 30% travel required.

Requirements:

  • Experience:

    • Familiarity with interconnect systems, controllers, ESS/EV charging, or battery/module systems.
    • Basic knowledge of industry standards (e.g., UL, EIA, IEC, Telcordia) is a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in 3D modeling (Creo) and Product Data Management (Windchill).
    • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
