Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA & Java Engineer with expertise in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Enterprise Portfolio & Project Management (EPPM), and Incident Management. You will act as the primary point of contact for high-severity incidents, driving end-to-end resolution while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your role will ensure system reliability, rapid issue resolution, and continuous improvement through root cause analysis (RCA) and preventive measures.

Key Responsibilities: Incident & Problem Management:
Serve as the primary escalation point for critical incidents, ensuring rapid response and resolution.
Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and postmortems to prevent recurrence of issues.
Provide structured updates to leadership and stakeholders, ensuring transparency.
Technical Troubleshooting & Collaboration:
Investigate and resolve complex issues in SAP S/4HANA (R&D Engineering, EPPM) and Java-based applications.
Work closely with developers, QA, product owners, and infrastructure teams to drive solutions.
Ensure handshake between teams for accountability and timely resolution.
Site Reliability Engineering (SRE):
Apply SRE best practices to improve system reliability, performance, and automation.
Troubleshoot day-to-day operations in Java/open-source environments.
Identify known errors and implement long-term fixes.
Continuous Improvement:
Drive Agile methodology in incident and problem management.
Recommend process improvements to enhance system stability.
Must-Have Qualifications:
