Job description

Job Summary: We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to design and implement robust Salesforce-based solutions tailored to complex business requirements. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise across Salesforce products and a strong ability to develop, integrate, and deploy high-performing enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze technical and functional requirements.
Design scalable and high-performing Salesforce solutions that align with industry best practices.
Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce-based applications and integrations.
Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to technical standards.
Support testing, debugging, and resolution of issues in the development and deployment process.
Guide release management, source control, and continuous integration/delivery processes.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce products including CRM, Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud.
Advanced expertise in Salesforce development: Apex (custom objects, classes, triggers, web services), Visualforce, declarative tools, workflows, reports, SOQL, and SOSL.
Proven experience in integrating Salesforce with external/internal systems using web APIs and tools like MuleSoft.
Strong command of Release Management and CI/CD tools including ANT, Salesforce Metadata API, GitLab, and pipeline automation.
Familiarity with web technologies: JavaScript, Ajax, SOAP, HTTP, JS Remoting, AngularJS, CSS, and Bootstrap.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Salesforce Architect Certifications in:
- Development Lifecycle and Deployment
- Integration Architecture
- Data Architecture and Management

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
8+ years of Salesforce platform experience, with 3+ years in an architect or lead developer role.
