Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled SailPoint Developer to join our team and drive identity governance and administration (IGA) solutions. This role focuses on SailPoint IdentityIQ development, integration, and security enhancements to ensure robust access management across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, configure, and deploy SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to enhance security and access management.
Implement and maintain identity lifecycle management, role-based access control (RBAC), and compliance requirements.
Design and integrate connectors for LDAP, Active Directory, cloud applications, and third-party systems.
Develop custom workflows, provisioning rules, and automation scripts.
Perform access certifications, policy enforcement, and audit reporting to ensure security compliance.
Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and secure operations.
Collaborate with cybersecurity, IT, and compliance teams to align identity governance with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ development and administration.
Strong knowledge of Java, Beanshell, and XML for customization.
Hands-on experience integrating Active Directory, LDAP, and cloud identity providers.
Experience in access management, RBAC, and compliance frameworks (SOX, NIST, PCI-DSS).
Knowledge of REST APIs, SQL databases, and workflow automation.
