Job Summary:
This is a fleet position that requires special training and insurance.
A company car will be assigned for this role.
Location is Indiana, Kentucky, or Southern Ohio (Cincinnati area).
The role is 100% remote but based in one of the listed regions.
Work is 20% office support and 80% field support.
Travel is mostly day travel with first-shift hours of 8 hours per day.
Quarterly team meetings are required.
This may be a temp-to-perm opportunity.
Monthly internet and cell expenses are covered for standard charges.

Role Overview:

Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit purchase orders and process contractor invoices for OSP and ISP construction.
Assist with project financials and milestones including forecasting, issuing and receiving on vendor POs, invoicing on customer POs, and resolving past due invoices.
Provide administrative support for correspondence, PO, CM, invoicing, tracking deliverables, and monitoring deadlines.
Communicate issues to management before they reach critical status.
Develop progress reports, track progress, and identify or resolve obstacles.
Assist with ad hoc reporting requests.
Review construction design packages and distribute as needed.
Communicate with vendors regarding fiber construction work and billing.
Understand service delivery and permitting or licensing requirements for closeout packages.
