Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Business System Analyst (BSA) with expertise in Azure, SQL Server, and PySpark/Spark to support strategic data transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will bridge business needs with technical solutions and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, document, and validate business processes and system requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand goals, challenges, and data requirements.
Elicit, document, and analyze business processes and technical requirements.
Create and maintain clear documentation including As-Is and To-Be process flows, use cases, and user stories.
Work closely with project managers and technical leads to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
Liaise between business teams and IT to ensure alignment and shared understanding of solutions.
Validate that final deliverables meet business requirements and maintain high quality standards.
Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-deployment support, as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
