Job description


The Senior Digital Media Operations Specialist/Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is an individual contributor, reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Operations Manager on our fast-growing Global Digital Marketing team. Your responsibilities will include budget planning and reconciliation, facilitating contract and PO processes, coordinating campaign localization processes, and campaign project management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Budget Management:
  • Process and communicate changes (transfers and incremental) to the quarterly digital media plan of record as requested by digital media stakeholders.
  • Partner with procurement and legal on media vendor contracts and purchase orders for media, ad tech and other services.
  • Partner with finance on forecasting, actuals and approving invoices.
Project Management:
  • Work with agency and regional marketing managers on campaign translation across 6 languages.
  • Partner with media team and agency to project manage digital campaign launches.
  • Manage intake process for digital media requests.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3+ years' experience in digital marketing and/or project management.
  • Experience documenting complex processes across multiple teams.
  • Experience working with complex budgets and partnering with finance teams.
  • Experience working with media agencies and creative teams.
  • Experience with media buying, direct media operations, and execution.
  • Experience with Asana, advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/MS Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets).
  • Experience building project plans and coordinating workback schedules with evolving requirements.
