Job description
The Senior Digital Media Operations Specialist/Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is an individual contributor, reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Operations Manager on our fast-growing Global Digital Marketing team. Your responsibilities will include budget planning and reconciliation, facilitating contract and PO processes, coordinating campaign localization processes, and campaign project management. Roles & Responsibilities: Budget Management:
Process and communicate changes (transfers and incremental) to the quarterly digital media plan of record as requested by digital media stakeholders.
Partner with procurement and legal on media vendor contracts and purchase orders for media, ad tech and other services.
Partner with finance on forecasting, actuals and approving invoices.
Project Management:
Work with agency and regional marketing managers on campaign translation across 6 languages.
Partner with media team and agency to project manage digital campaign launches.
Manage intake process for digital media requests.
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years' experience in digital marketing and/or project management.
Experience documenting complex processes across multiple teams.
Experience working with complex budgets and partnering with finance teams.
Experience working with media agencies and creative teams.
Experience with media buying, direct media operations, and execution.
Experience with Asana, advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/MS Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets).
Experience building project plans and coordinating workback schedules with evolving requirements.
