Job description

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester to ensure the reliability and performance of software applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of testing methodologies and a keen eye for identifying defects.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases.
Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve software defects.
Perform regression, functional, and usability testing.
Document test results and provide feedback for improvements.
Ensure compliance with industry best practices and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in software testing.
Proficiency in test case management and bug tracking tools.
Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Expertise in Accessibility Testing (WCAG Compliance) for inclusive software design.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
