8+ years of experience managing Jira Software and Jira ITSM projects, including workflows, permissions, and automations.
5+ years of experience with JQL (Jira Query Language) for building complex queries.
5+ years of experience using Jira REST APIs and scripting (HTML/JavaScript) for custom integrations.
5+ years of experience documenting technical processes and strong communication skills.
3+ years of experience with Jira plugins such as ScriptRunner, JMWE, and Email This Issue.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and enhance the Atlassian Jira Cloud environment.
Maintain, optimize, and expand Jira Software and Jira ITSM projects.
Design, configure, and manage Jira projects, workflows, automations, and permissions.
Develop and refine JQL queries to support reporting and business operations.
Gather requirements from stakeholders and deliver scalable Jira solutions.
Create custom integrations and enhancements using Jira REST APIs and scripting.
Work with key plugins such as ScriptRunner, JMWE, Email This Issue, and Extension for Jira Service Desk.
