Role Summary
Working closely with our Global Audio Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of legally compliant audio services to Anuvu’s audio clients and providing admin/processing assistance as required. The candidate must have a keen eye for detail, have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
The candidate must be able to use various online and internal tools to identify the correct music copyright ownership to ensure all content selections made by our Global Audio Team is in-line with Anuvu’s legal requirements, financial expectations, and overall global strategy.
Location: Anywhere in India
Remote options: 100% remote.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting the Global Audio Team to ensure on-time delivery of audio services across all clients.
- Supporting delivery of all media assets for our audio clients.
- Compliance checks and media processing for inbound 3rdParty content.
- Copyright clearance checks in a supporting role for the Global Audio Team.
- Internal liaison (calls, emails, meetings, chat) with Anuvu’s Global Audio eam, and other internal departments.
- Administrative support and assistance with music usage/royalty reports for our record label and music publishing partners, as needed.
Expectations
- Confident working independently, with remote supervision.
- Would collaborate and contribute to group discussions (in English)
What We’re Looking For
- Strong MS Office knowledge, especially Excel.
- Strong English language skills are essential, and any additional languages would be advantageous
- A background or knowledge in music copyright/royalty reporting is beneficial.
