Role Overview: The Systems Process Engineer supports the end-to-end system build process by testing user requirements and evaluating the usability and efficiency of new software implementations. This role bridges the gap between operational warehouse needs and IT development to ensure a seamless system rollout. Responsibilities & Duties:
System Testing & Validation: Execute comprehensive testing of user requirements and operational scenarios within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Gap Analysis: Collaborate with the IT build team to identify system gaps, communicate bugs, and suggest functional improvements.
Process Optimization: Evaluate warehouse processes and system workflows to enhance overall operational efficiency.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed logs of testing findings, track progress, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Training & Demos: Conduct system demonstrations and facilitate training sessions for end-users and team members.
Data Integrity: Audit system reporting outputs to ensure data accuracy, readability, and alignment with business needs.
Collaboration: Participate in daily status meetings via Zoom and work closely with a cross-functional team of testers to meet project milestones.
