We are seeking a Go To Market (GTM) Engineer to join our Revenue Operations team to design, build, and operate the systems that generate, prioritize, and activate pipeline for Proof. This role sits at the intersection of revenue, data, and automation and owns the AI driven workflows that power our go to market motion. This is a hands on builder role with clear weekly output expectations and direct ownership over pipeline contribution. This role will report to Proof’s Sr. Manager of Revenue Operations.
What you’ll do as a GTM Engineer at Proof:Design and build end-to-end workflows that handle prospect research, enrichment, prioritization, sequencing, and follow upCreate and maintain Clay playbooks that leverage ICP definitions, buying signals, intent data, past engagement, and closed lost historyUse signals from customer data, conversations, and activity to inform personalization and account prioritization at scalePartner with Revenue Marketing to translate campaign themes and positioning into outbound automations aligned to GTM prioritiesContinuously refine workflows based on performance data so GTM teams spend more time in customer conversations and less time on administrative workStay current on emerging AI, automation, and GTM technology offerings that align to Proof’s revenue targetsHelp shape what an AI first GTM motion looks like in practice at ProofWhat we're looking for:Current or former AE, SDR, BDR, or outbound focused seller with a deep understanding of prospecting and pipeline generation2+ years of experience building multi-step workflows in Clay, Zapier, Make.com, or other similar automation tooling. Experience with conditional logic, loops, and data mapping strongly preferredSomeone motivated to redesign how GTM work happens using AI, automation, and system thinkingDemonstrated curiosity around AI and where systems can replace or augment repetitive GTM workflowsAbility to experiment, measure results, and iterate quickly in data orientated approachGrowth mindset to evolve from executing GTM motions to designing the systems that power themSkills and capabilities:Strong system thinking with the ability to design workflows across tools rather than operate in silosTechnical fluency with Clay, AI models, enrichment logic, and automation toolingWorking knowledge of SQL and query building for segmentation, filtering, and signal creationProficiency with API and webhook configuration and management.
