Reports directly to and works under the supervision of the Senior Director of Financial Business Operations. This position will develop, build, provide, and oversee/monitor client- and PBM-facing financial guarantee measurement; while also, reporting key performance metrics, and reconciliation activities to facilitate senior leadership decision making, and support client and enterprise level financial planning activities.

Based on relevant market data and other factors, the anticipated hiring range for this role is $73,600 - $92,000 annually. Final compensation rates will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity considerations. This role is also short-term incentive eligible. Incentive amounts will vary by individual and business goals.
