Roles & Responsibilities

Proven experience implementing and configuring HubSpot CRM (end-to-end setup, pipelines, deal stages, custom objects, and automation)
Experience with data migration, data validation, and integrations via APIs/tools to connect HubSpot with finance or ERP systems
Ability to design and implement reporting dashboards and revenue tracking; strong analytics mindset
Excellent documentation and user training skills; effective communication for cross-functional teams

Requirements:

Lead end-to-end HubSpot implementation including pipeline setup, deal stages, custom object configuration, and workflow automation across sales and marketing
Set up reporting dashboards and revenue tracking to monitor performance and KPIs
Migrate and validate data; ensure integrations with finance tools and external APIs
Provide user training and documentation; support ongoing optimization and user adoption

Job description

Position: CRM Specialist (HubSpot Implementation)
Contract Duration: 6 months (extendable based on performance and business need)
Preferred Location: Bangalore preferred, but open to remote within India.
