  • Set up reporting dashboards and revenue tracking to monitor performance and KPIs
  • Migrate and validate data; ensure integrations with finance tools and external APIs
  • Provide user training and documentation; support ongoing optimization and user adoption

Job description

Position: CRM Specialist (HubSpot Implementation)
Contract Duration: 6 months (extendable based on performance and business need)
Preferred Location: Bangalore preferred, but open to remote within India.

We are looking for someone who can lead and support the implementation and optimization of HubSpot CRM. This is a hands-on role focused on setup, configuration, automation, reporting, and system integrations.

The key responsibilities would include:

  • End-to-end HubSpot implementation
  • Pipeline, deal stage, and custom object configuration
  • Workflow automation across sales and marketing
  • Reporting dashboard setup and revenue tracking
  • Data migration and validation
  • Integration with finance tools and APIs
  • Supporting user training and documentation
