What you'll do
As an Intergations Project Manager within Professional Services, you will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating and implementing the integration processes for all new entities and optimizing processes for our division of project managers and consultants. Your responsibilities will include:
Project Management:
- Manage end-to-end implementation and unification of Professional Service processes across the entire division
- Planning, communication, executing on agreed integration plans for Professional Services
- Serve as the primary contact for the integration project, cooridination all activities betweeen divisions in the organization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify relevant KPIs
- Analyze existing workflows and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement process enhancements to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and reduce manual effort.
- Maintain a centralized knowledge repository and management for best practices, guidelines, and project documentation. (Sharepoint, Confluence)
- Curate content, organize resources, and ensure easy access for team members.
- Participate in internal projects to deliver efficient ways of working
