Roles & Responsibilities

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles or sales support
  • Strong knowledge of the Spanish fitness equipment market (Powerlifting, Cross Training, etc.)
  • Proficient with ERP and CRM software
  • Advanced Excel skills for managing reports and price lists

Requirements:

  • Administrative management of the sales cycle (orders, delivery notes, and invoicing)
  • Direct customer service: resolving technical questions, tracking shipments, and post-sale support
  • Data management: keeping our CRM/ERP ecosystem up to date to ensure accurate information flow
  • Technical advisory: applying gym equipment knowledge to assist the sales team in configuring budgets

Job description

Soporte Comercial: Gestión administrativa integral del ciclo de venta (pedidos, albaranes y facturación).
Customer Service: Atención directa a clientes para resolución de dudas técnicas, seguimiento de envíos y post-venta.
Gestión de Datos: Mantener actualizado nuestro ecosistema digital (CRM y ERP) para asegurar que la información fluya sin errores.
Asesoramiento Técnico: Utilizar tu conocimiento del material de gimnasio para apoyar al equipo de ventas en la configuración de presupuestos.


Requisitos

Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años en puestos administrativos o de soporte a ventas.
Expertise en Fitness: Conocimiento real del mercado de equipación deportiva en España (Powerlifting, Cross Training, etc.).
Dominio Técnico: Manejo fluido de herramientas ERP y CRM.
Excel: Nivel avanzado para la gestión de reportes y listas de precios.
Soft Skills: Persona proactiva, con excelente comunicación y capacidad de resolución.
