Job description

We are hiring an Entry / Junior Cold Caller to support lead generation and business development activities for NOK Human Capital.
This role focuses on high-volume outbound calling, lead qualification, and scheduling meetings for the sales team in the US market.

This position is ideal for a motivated early-career professional with strong communication skills who is comfortable working remotely and engaging prospects over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound cold calls to prospects in the US market.
  • Present the companys services clearly and professionally.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and customer needs.
  • Handle objections and respond to inquiries confidently.
  • Schedule meetings or demos for the business development or sales team.
  • Maintain accurate call logs and updates in CRM systems.
  • Follow up with interested prospects when required.
  • Meet daily and weekly call volume and lead generation targets.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, sales, or customer-facing roles (experience is a plus, not mandatory).
  • Clear, confident English-speaking skills (near-native is preferred).
  • Excellent communication and persuasion abilities.
  • Comfortable working according to US time zones.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
