Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Manager with exceptional written and spoken English skills to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and managing the full sales cycle for our BPO services in the U.S. market. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication and negotiation skills who can build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies, create customized proposals, and ensure seamless onboarding of new clients. This is a key position that contributes directly to the companys market expansion and long-term success.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by identifying, researching, and qualifying high‑potential prospects in U.S. markets, then developing and executing outreach strategies across email, phone, and social platforms.
- Conduct discovery meetings to assess client needs, deliver persuasive presentations and demonstrations, and prepare tailored proposals, quotations, and service agreements while managing objections to close deals.
- Serve as the primary contact throughout the sales cycle, ensuring smooth transition to operations, while building and sustaining long‑term, trust‑based client relationships that include upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records (pipeline, activities, forecasts), analyze performance data, and provide insights to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, finance, and onboarding teams for seamless service activation, while sharing feedback on client needs, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
- Partner with marketing on lead generation initiatives and sales materials, and stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
Job Specifications:
- Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Sales from a recognized university; specialized sales training or certifications are an advantage.
- 5–6 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the BPO sector, with demonstrated success selling to U.S. clients or working in the U.S. market.
- Native or near‑native English fluency (written and spoken), with advanced communication skills for engaging U.S. clients and senior management.
- Expertise in managing the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
- Strong understanding of BPO services, outsourcing models, and service delivery processes, with the ability to create tailored proposals, quotations, and agreements for U.S. clients.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and other sales productivity tools.
- Solid knowledge of U.S. business practices, communication styles, and compliance requirements.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data, forecasts, and refine strategies for improved performance.
- Highly self‑motivated and disciplined in a remote work environment.
- Availability to work full‑time during U.S. business hours (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM Pakistan Time, Monday to Friday).
