Part of AUTODOC is ATD Technologies S. R. L., which was established in 2019 and has already the status of a resident of the information technology park “Moldova IT Park". All the main resources of the company "ATD Technologies" S. R. L. are aimed to provide technical support and services for AUTODOC.

Currently we are looking for an Invoice Accounting Coordinator (m/f/x) to join our Purchasing team in Chișinău (Moldova), starting as soon as possible.

Job Description

Controlling stock based on invoices
Creating mismatch reports by summarizing missing stock in AWS and Google Doc documents
Daily working with AWS system (verifying invoices in AWS system)
Establishing and maintaining good relation with suppliers
Close cooperation with colleagues from other locations in Germany, Ukraine and Poland

Qualifications:

Degree in Accounting/Finance and first professional experience
Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and MS Office
High level of analytical thinking
Detail-oriented, the ability to find mistakes and provide the best solutions
Conscientiousness, effectiveness and reliability
Independent, structured and transparent style of working
Fluent Russian and intermediate English skills
