Roles & Responsibilities

  • 5-10+ years of international sales experience in software or consulting services with a proven quota attainment

  • Generate revenue by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts; sell intive software development and consulting services; deliver persuasive pitches and manage client relationships
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships; ensure high customer satisfaction and retention; identify upselling opportunities
  • Lead and mentor team members in day-to-day client communications; demonstrate leadership and people-management capability
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, events, cold-calling, and other lead generation methods

What you will be doing:

  • To generate revenue with new clients and enhance business with current clients
  • Tasks of the role
  • Selling intive software development and consulting services
  • Delivering persuasive pitches to client and managing relationships well
  • Building a strong position within client's organization
  • Strategic advancement of client relations i.e. ensuring high level of customer satisfaction and retention as well as identification of upselling opportunities
  • Guiding and supporting members of the team in day-to-day communication with clients
  • Leadership and people management potential to manage people
  • Making decisions
  • Maintaining active dialogue with clients
  • Identifying and developing new opportunities to generate new leads
  • Prospecting new opportunities through networking, events, cold-calling and other lead generation methods.

You Are a Good Match If You Have:

  • 5-10+ years of international sales experience preferably in the software / consulting services industry, with proven track record of meeting sales quota
  • Experience of managing multinational teams.
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in IT industry
  • Technical or business-related know-how
  • Acting independently
  • Business fluent in English
  • Consultative approach to selling, through disarming attitude, empathetic mindset, and value-adding solutions
  • ·Proven ability to independently build a large pipeline of leads.
