Roles & Responsibilities

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales/Marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the local lubricant market and key products, with sound technical knowledge of machine elements.
  • Excellent English communication skills, sales-oriented, open-minded and sociable with an entrepreneurial mindset and initiative.

Requirements:

  • Drive sales by achieving the targets specified in the individual OP and monitor own performance while contributing to team results with minimal risk exposure.
  • Develop and manage the assigned areas and focus markets in line with company direction, and cooperate with Market Management to steer response areas.
  • Promote Klüber’s value-added programs (KES: Klüber Efficiency Support, including Klüber Energy, Klüber Maintain, Klüber Monitor, and Klüber Renew) and provide ongoing technical and commercial support to customers and OEMs.
  • Utilize Sales CRM effectively, collaborate with Marketing Communications to promote the Klüber Brand and value, and contribute to HSSE targets to strengthen market leadership in the special lubricants sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver to achieve the sales goals specified in the individual OP.
  • Develop and manage the assigned areas/ focus markets to achieve with company direction.
  • Manage & monitor own sales performance against target and also contribute to team performance with minimum risk exposure.
  • Copperate with the Market Management team to steer the response areas.
  • Deliver to the customers added value programs called KES - Klüber Efficiency Support included Klüber Energy, Klüber Maintain, Klüber Monitor, and Klüber Renew.
  • Ensure fully utilization of Sales CRM as a key sales process tool.
  • Cooperate with Marketing Communication to promote Klueber Brand and Value to the markets.
  • Support the Technical & Service team to do the Inspection service to show Kluebr service value to the customers.
  • Continuous technical and commercial support is provided to the customers according to their needs and specifications.
  • Continuous technical support is provided to the OEMs, including the preparation of general and exclusive OEM recommendations of Klüber products, in support of the domestic and international sales activities.
  • Enable Klüber to strengthen and extend its position as the market leader in the special lubricants sector.
  • Deliver HSSE target and adapt yourself to achieve the proactive HSSE culture.

Qualifications:

  • Possess strong experience at least 5 years in Sales & Marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related.
  • Knowledge of local lubricant market and our key products.
  • Sales-oriented attitude, open-minded and sociable.
  • Able to travlling in upcountry and be determined to sell high-quality products.
  • Good command of English and outstanding communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking with professional attitude, ready to take initiatives.
  • Sound technical knowledge, especially about machine elements, degree as an engineer or equivalent knowledge obtained in practice.
  • Posses driving license.
