Wir suchen eine:n Senior Product Manager (m/w/d), der oder die eine strategisch relevante Produkt-Domain mit signifikantem Business-Impact verantwortet und weiterentwickelt. In dieser Rolle definierst du die langfristige Ausrichtung, steuerst mehrquartalige Prioritäten und stellst sicher, dass Produktinvestitionen eng mit der Unternehmensstrategie verzahnt sind. Du arbeitest mit hoher Eigenständigkeit und ausgeprägtem Produkturteil, bringst Klarheit in komplexe Zusammenhänge und richtest cross-funktionale Teams konsequent auf Outcome-orientierte Umsetzung aus.

Die Rolle trägt eine strategische Verantwortung auf Management-Level mit regelmäßiger Kommunikation auf Senior-Leadership-Ebene, ist jedoch klar auf Produktführung und Domain-Ownership ausgerichtet – ohne disziplinarische Personalverantwortung.
