Role Overview
  • We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive lead generation and revenue growth across key segments. Reporting to the CEO, you'll work closely with Sales and Growth Product teams to turn marketing into a measurable pipeline.
  • You'll collaborate with a Marketing Manager, designer, and freelance contributors (content writer, SEO specialist). This is a high-impact IC role with potential to grow into a marketing leadership position.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • SEO & GEO strategy to grow organic traffic and discoverability
  • Content production and distribution across channels
  • Landing page optimization and A/B testing
  • Lead generation from events and webinars
  • Paid acquisition where ROI can be demonstrated
  • Segment-specific go-to-market motions

  • Primary: Number of experiments, account score growth & qualified leads for Sales
  • Secondary: Organic traffic, funnel conversion rates

  • Experience
  • 3+ years in growth/demand gen in B2B SaaS (required)
