What you’ll be doing 

• Giving expert, whole-of-market mortgage advice in a friendly, human way. 

• Using our AI-powered platform to cut through the admin and find the right product fast. 

• Guiding clients through the mortgage process with confidence and care. 

• Building lasting relationships, offering ongoing support well beyond the first mortgage. 

• Staying on top of compliance — with our systems and support behind you. 

• Sharing knowledge, learning continuously, and contributing to team goals. 

• Collaborating with a driven, supportive team who are passionate about doing finance differently. 

What we’re looking for 

• CeMAP qualified with at least 2 years’ experience as a Mortgage Adviser (broker, IFA or estate agency). 

• Confident advising across the whole of the market. 

• Tech-comfortable and excited to use tools that free you from admin. 

• Thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. 

• Loves helping people and making their mortgage journey stress-free. 

• Curious, open, and always looking for ways to improve.
