Roles & Responsibilities

  • Passion for the hospitality industry and prospecting to bring premium engagement products to independent restaurants
  • Proven field sales experience selling technology platforms (Loyalty, CRM, Gift, Order & Delivery) to SMBs or operators with 1-15 locations
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing using modern selling tools and methodologies
  • Willingness to cover the Louisiana and Texas regions and meet or exceed sales targets

Requirements:

  • Sell the Paytronix Platform, including Loyalty, CRM, Gift, and Order & Delivery, to independent restaurant operators (1-15 locations)
  • Own the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing using modern selling tools and methodologies
  • Focus on restaurants in Louisiana and Texas to drive revenue growth and market share
  • Build and manage relationships with operators to win new business and achieve quota

Here at Paytronix, we provide the right tools, through technology and over 40 POS integrations, to restaurant operators looking to create and enhance their Loyalty, CRM, Order and Delivery and Gift platforms.

This role focuses on restaurants that have 1-15 units, and we want candidates who are ready to help these operators compete for customers by utilizing our innovation & best in class technology.

The Field Sales position entails selling the Paytronix Platform, including Paytronix Loyalty & CRM, Gift, Order & Delivery, within the independent restaurant space (1-15 location operators).

As a Field Sales Rep, you will be responsible for the sales process from start to finish utilizing modern selling tools and methodologies.


We are primarily targeting hiring this role within the Louisiana & Texas regions.

Salary: $70k-$75k base + $35k commission
