Run the day-to-day IT operations at the Buenos Aires office
Provide best-in-class support to our employees around the world
Find technical solutions for the specific needs of our employees
Resolve technical problems both internally and in the cloud
Manage all endpoint installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting (for Windows, macOS)
Create and manage user accounts and access rights issues
Configure and maintain all technical equipment, including computers, printers, zoom meeting rooms, and back-office systems
Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT ticketing system
Implement, improve, and document new and existing policies, procedures, and processes for various IT systems
Researching, installing, and evaluating new products and services for deployment to internal customers
Manage inventory. budget and relationships with external vendors
What You’ll Bring to Us:
2+ years experience working in an IT support-related role
2+ years of experience managing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows desktop and Mac OS.
Experience working with IT Support tickets as per SLA and KPI’s
Knowledge of IT security tools such as – Firewall, EDR, MDM, etc.
Cloud environment experience
Experience working with remote & international teams - highly valued
Good written and spoken communication skills in English
Multitask with the ability to work in a fast moving, dynamic environment
Responsible and a team player.
Services oriented, excellent communication skills.
A strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies
