Job Summary

We are looking for a well-rounded Recruiter who will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of roles and domains. This role requires confidence in managing the full-cycle recruitment, partnering with diverse stakeholders, and adapting quickly to changing priorities.

You will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of roles, influence hiring approaches, and independently drive recruitment processes from intake to offer. Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a high level of ownership are essential for success in this role. Experience with international hiring is a strong plus as we continue to expand our presence in global markets.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles and locations
  • Partner with hiring managers to define roles and candidate profiles
  • Source and engage candidates through diverse channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social networks
  • Conduct interviews and manage the interview process from start to finish
  • Prepare and present job offers, participating in negotiations
  • Collaborate with recruitment agencies on priority roles
  • Maintain accurate data in the ATS and provide meaningful recruitment reports
  • Share knowledge, support stakeholders, and contribute to team learning

Qualifications and Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in sourcing and recruiting both tech and non-tech talent
  • Proven experience using candidate sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social networks, etc.)
  • Strong interviewing skills, applying various techniques to assess candidate fit, motivation, and competencies
  • Ability to analyze market trends, evaluate own metrics, and leverage data for forecasting and recruitment strategy
  • Proficient negotiation and organizational skills; ability to promote ideas and influence stakeholders
  • Strong ownership of assigned projects and initiatives
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • High ethical standards, attention to detail, and commitment to quality
  • Advanced written and spoken English
  • Fluent Ukrainian

Nice to have

  • Experience using AI-powered recruiting tools
  • Experience with international recruitment
  • Experience writing operational documentation (policies, procedures, guidelines)
