Lead of Senior Full-Stack Developers (AI-Assisted Development) - Remote

We are seeking an experienced technical leader who combines strong full-stack engineering expertise with proven leadership in building and delivering modern IT products and applications. This role is ideal for someone who has not only written production-grade code but has also owned delivery processes, guided developers, and shipped complex solutions enhanced by AI-assisted development tools.

What You'll Do

👥 Lead a team of senior full-stack developers and coordinate technical execution across projects

💻 Build scalable full-stack features using Next.js, React, TypeScript, Prisma, and PostgreSQL

🤖 Use Cursor IDE and AI coding assistants to accelerate development workflows and productivity

🧠 Architect systems, design database schemas, and optimize performance-critical queries

🔌 Integrate and manage third-party APIs (e.g., Stripe, Supabase, music platforms, SaaS services)

📊 Develop advanced admin dashboards, internal tools, and complex user interfaces

🎯 Own projects end-to-end — from requirements and architecture to deployment and optimization

📐 Establish best practices for code quality, testing, documentation, and deployment pipelines

🌱 Mentor developers, review code, and drive engineering excellence across the team

Requirements

🏗 Proven track record of playing a key role in building and shipping IT products or applications

🧭 Demonstrated experience leading developers and managing development processes

⚙️ Strong hands-on expertise across modern full-stack technologies and cloud architectures

🗄 Deep understanding of database design, performance optimization, and scalability

🔗 Experience integrating external APIs and third-party platforms into production systems

🌐 Comfortable working in remote, distributed teams with async collaboration

🧩 Strong problem-solving mindset, ownership mentality, and product-focused thinking
