Job description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for Nordic-speaking individuals to join the Tobacco Department as Customer Service Representatives, with the flexibility to work from home in Greece! If you are passionate about providing excellent customer support and have experience with tobacco products, this role is perfect for you. You will assist Nordic-speaking customers with their inquiries related to tobacco products, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and provide necessary information related to tobacco products.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
  • Document customer interactions accurately to contribute to service improvements.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Engage in continuous training to stay informed about tobacco products and customer service best practices.

Requirements

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish) is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Previous experience in customer service or knowledge of tobacco products is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proactive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive and flexible work environment!
