Job description

As a Project & Reporting Associate, you will manage data flow and communication between customers and manufacturing facilities. This hands-on role includes owning master tracking spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity, and providing key updates globally. You will tell stories with data, aligning factory and customer through clear, professional communication.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain and own primary spreadsheets tracking critical data points for customers and factories.
• Update and maintain weekly dashboards monitoring factory output, lead times, and shipping milestones.
• Lead data-heavy portions of weekly status calls, translating raw factory data into clear progress updates.
• Perform rigorous cleansing of factory inputs to ensure accuracy of SKU numbers, quantities, and certification dates.
• Identify production delays or issues proactively, triggering escalations when delivery windows might be missed.
• Keep all project documentation, version controls, and standard operating procedures for order tracking up-to-date in a regulated environment.
