Roles & Responsibilities

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Cloud environments (Sales, Marketing, Community, Service) with advanced administration, configuration, and custom development.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Salesforce ADM 201 certification (required); familiarity with App Builder, Advanced Administrator, and Developer certifications preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and portals; excellent relationship, communication, and training skills.

Requirements:

  • Plan, design, develop, and launch efficient business processes and operations systems, focusing on Salesforce or similar CRMs, to support core organizational functions.
  • Gather, analyze, and implement data to support business cases, proposed projects, and system requirements; ensure SFDC accuracy and metrics tracking.
  • Provide SFDC integration, configuration, testing, and administration; collaborate with all SFDC users to address reporting, integrations, and general administration needs; identify opportunities to leverage add-ons.
  • Provide end-user support, security and user management, data quality (bulk data management and deduping), and administration of Salesforce-integrated software solutions (Pardot, Mobile, Sales/Marketing apps).

Job Description:

Plan, design, develop, and launch efficient business processes and operations systems. Support core organizational functions and business processes with a focus in Salesforce or similar CRMs.

  • Gather, analyze, and implement data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and system requirements.
  • Provide Salesforce.com (SFDC) integration/strategic planning and EAS systems, process evaluation/design, prototyping, configuration, and testing.
  • Ensure the SFDC is accurate and tracking the important metrics and data and meeting the needs of the business.
  • Collaborate with all SFDC users to address system support, maintenance, configuration, operational questions, reporting, integrations and general administration needs.
  • Seek ways to leverage SFDC with other add-ons in the SFDC ecosystem to maximize value.
  • Provide guidance and support in developing new functionality. Cultivate strong business relationships with end-users and other project stakeholders.
  • Provide system and user administration with demonstrable expertise in Salesforce.com.
  • Provide administration of Salesforce-integrated software solutions (Pardot, Mobile, Sales/Marketing applications)
  • Provide end-user support of production environment.
  • Conduct/participate in requirements-gathering meetings.
  • Provide bulk data management (including RingLead and other data deduping packages).
  • Provide security/User management.

Education Required:    

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in the field of computer science or related.
  • Or, any combination of education and experience which would provide the required qualifications for the position.

Experience Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in various Salesforce Cloud environments (Sales, Marketing, Community, Service). 
  • Advanced experience with Salesforce.com administration, configuration, and custom development.

License/Certification Required:

  • Salesforce ADM 201 certification    
  • Preferred: Salesforce Certified App Builder; Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification; Salesforce Developer Certification.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Knowledge of: Salesforce.com configuration and portals including but not limited to developing custom objects, work-flow business rules, and validation rules; Microsoft Office Suite; relational databases used at enterprise scale.
  • Skill in: Effective relationship management, communication, and presentation skills, with demonstrated success in working effectively with customers, vendors, peers, and senior management; working as member of a team; communicating effectively; establishing and maintaining effective working relationships; mentoring and providing guidance and/or instruction to junior staff.
  • Ability to: Provide orientation and training to end users for all modified and new systems; work in high-energy, dynamic, and team-oriented environments; stay organized, prioritize, multi-task, work independently, and meet deadlines.
