Roles & Responsibilities

  • Extensive experience in Performance Creative within a fast-growth D2C environment, managing high-volume creative pipelines.
  • Scale-obsessed mindset with a proven ability to drive CAC efficiency and scale spend on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Technical literacy with proficiency in AI-powered asset generation and creative intelligence tools (e.g., Sovran, AdCreative.ai, Motion, Uplifted.ai, Claude).
  • Track record of owning creative production end-to-end (briefing, scripting, managing creators/editors for video, static, UGC) from idea to final asset.

Requirements:

  • Own and drive creative performance to achieve acquisition scale, delivering 'winning' assets that sustain high spend while hitting efficiency targets.
  • Maintain a high-velocity production cadence to ensure the algorithm has fresh, high-potential creative; manage concepts and iterations across months.
  • Own hypothesis decision rights, deciding which creative angles to push to production and which to kill, in collaboration with the Paid Social Manager.
  • Execute rapid end-to-end experimentation—from scripting and briefing creators to QA—moving from insight to live ad in days, not weeks; lead data-driven feedback loops to inform next briefs.

Job description

Your mission:

You'll be the creative architect of our growth, developing the stories and hooks that stop the scroll and drive conversion. Your primary objective is to build and lead a high-velocity creative performance engine that directly fuels our acquisition scale.

We aren't just looking for ‘ideas’ - we need someone who understands that in 2026, creative is the new targeting. You will be accountable for the creative’s contribution to acquisition scale, using data-driven hypotheses to hunt for ‘winners’ that lower CAC and allow us to aggressively scale spend on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.


What you'll be doing:
  • Drive Acquisition Scale: Take direct accountability for creative performance. You will be measured by your ability to produce "winning" assets that sustain high spend levels while maintaining target efficiency.

  • Maintain High-Velocity Output: Lead a rigorous production cadence to ensure the algorithm always has fresh, high-potential creative to test, shipping…

    • Month 1: 10 concepts concepts and 40 iterations

    • Month 3: 20 concepts + 80 iterations

    • Month 6: 40 concepts + 160 iterations

  • Own the Hypothesis & Decision Rights: Act as the primary decision-maker on which creative angles are pushed to production and which are killed. You will partner with the Paid Social Manager to decide which winners are scaled based on statistical significance.

  • Execute Rapid Experimentation: Oversee end-to-end production—from scripting and briefing creators to final QA - ensuring we move from "insight" to "live ad" in days, not weeks.

  • Lead Data-Creative Feedback Loops to deconstruct why an ad is winning (or losing) and translate those findings into the next batch of briefs.

  • First 90-Day Focus: Prioritize aggressive testing and identifying scalable winning ‘winner’ - your initial success will be defined by speed of execution and finding the creative "breakthroughs" that unlock new spend tiers.

What we are looking for:
  • Extensive experience in Performance Creative , specifically within a fast-growth D2C environment where you have managed high-volume creative pipelines.

  • Scale-Obsessed Mindset: You understand the direct link between creative diversity and CAC. You know how to "feed the beast" on Meta and TikTok to prevent creative fatigue.

  • Technical Literacy: Proficient in AI-powered tools for high-volume asset generation (e.g., Sovran, AdCreative.ai), creative intelligence (e.g., Motion) and copy/briefing (Uplifted.ai, Claude - Anthropic etc) to boost production throughput 

  • A track record of owning creative production - briefing, scripting, and managing creators and editors for video, static, UGC and more, from first idea to final asset

  • Speed as a Habit: You thrive in high-intensity environments and prefer "shipping and learning" over prolonged creative perfectionism.

  • Commercial Sharpness: You speak the language of Creative Performance (frequency, hook rates, hold rates, CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS) and can defend creative decisions using hard data.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills - this role will work closely with Growth, Brand/Insights

  • Hunger to move fast, test relentlessly, and take full ownership of results

Salary: £60,000 -£70,000
