  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure designs are feasible and implementable; troubleshoot UX problems
  • Incorporate customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings to enhance user experience and present design concepts to stakeholders

About the role

As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a central role in creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs for our projects. Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding customers' requirements, and crafting intuitive user interfaces.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Conducting a competitive UX analysis at the start of a new project

  • Conducting User research and Competitor research

  • Preparing product map

  • Providing wireframes, prototypes, testing, and iterating

  • Providing storyboards, process flows, and journey maps to illustrate and present design ideas

  • Coordinating withthe development team to make sure that the suggested designs are applicable to development

  • Troubleshot any UX problems

  • Providing simple graphics, interactivity, and animation if needed

  • Collecting the feedback on each stage of development

  • Providing suggestions on design improvements in accordance with the best worldwide practices

  • Following the progress of the implementation milestones to make sure that sufficient quality is achieved

  • Interacting with the Customer (both internal and external) to transfer their vision into a high-quality design with an optimal user experience solution

  • Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience

 

What you’ll need

  • Proficiency in creating interactive prototypes

  • Ability to design intuitive and responsive user interfaces for mobile applications and web

  • Knowledge of design systems and the ability to maintain consistency in design elements

  • Understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles

  • Efficient communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and developers to understand project requirements and translate them into design solutions.

  • Strong presentation skills to articulate design concepts and justify design decisions.

  • Efficient time management skills to meet project deadlines

  • Attention to detail in design work to ensure pixel-perfect and error-free deliverables.

  • A commitment to staying updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.
