As Acquisition Manager at Capitanos Games Ltd., you will be responsible for driving new player acquisition across paid channels. This is a hands on operational role focused on campaign execution, optimization and performance analysis across multiple markets.
You will work closely with Affiliates, BI and Commercial to ensure acquisition strategies align with overall growth targets and market priorities.
• Monitor sportsbook performance including GGR, margins and player activity.
• Optimize sportsbook offering, campaigns and promotions.
• Coordinate with sportsbook providers and external partners.
• Analyze player behavior and betting patterns.
• Improve UX in collaboration with Product team.
• Support market launches with sportsbook strategy.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations.
• You understand sportsbook mechanics deeply.
• You are analytical and commercially driven.
• You can translate data into clear product improvements.
• You take ownership and work independently.
• You thrive in a fast moving iGaming environment.
• 2 to 5 years experience in Sportsbook within iGaming.
• Strong understanding of sportsbook KPIs and margin logic.
• Experience working with sportsbook providers.
• Solid understanding of player value, LTV and CAC.
• Analytical skills and comfort working with data.
• Strong communication skills in English.
