  • Gather requirements from internal stakeholders, design and execute analyses, and present strategic insights to inform decisions.
  • Conduct benchmark, marketing, and cost-benefit analyses to support recommendations and participate in client engagements and presentations.
  • Develop project deliverables and manage timelines, producing outputs in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, and coordinating with internal initiatives.

PURE is growing, and we are looking for a Data Analyst to provide advanced analytical support and strategic insights across market research and select consulting engagements. This role will focus primarily on market research throughout the year, with opportunities to support ad hoc client consulting projects as needed.

PURE Engagement, Nuvera’s insights engine and market research division, conducts annual research to better understand how pharmaceutical companies can more effectively partner with health care providers (HCPs), patients, and payers.

Nuvera Life Science Consulting, an Inizio Engage company, is a U.S.-based consulting firm that specializes in designing and optimizing specialty patient and provider treatment experiences. Bridging strategy and operations, Nuvera partners with clients to design, build, and manage seamless support models that simplify the complexity of starting and staying on therapy.

Responsibilities:

  • Support market research by delivering analyses, creating accessible visualizations, and identifying trends and correlations between different beliefs and perceptions among HCPs, patients, and payers
  • Support other analytical needs across the business by meeting with internal stakeholders, gathering requirements, designing and executing analyses to provide strategic insights, and presenting those findings
  • Provide research and analysis, including benchmark, marketing, and cost-benefit analysis in support of the recommendations
  • Participate in client engagements and presentation to help understand client needs, develop / align strategies and plan their implementation
  • Partake in delivery. Develop project deliverables in PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, Visio and other tools as needed
  • Develop objectives and project schedules for area of responsibility and ensure that they are met in a timely and cost-effective manner; take corrective action to the project schedule when necessary
  • Support other internal Nuvera and PURE initiatives such as recruiting, marketing, knowledge management, and best practice improvement

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree; Data science or similar

Experience: 1+ years of market research or management consulting experience

  • Presentation and presentation development skills
    • Ability to perform detailed business analysis functions and regression analysis
    • Experience with SPSS, R or Python
    • Ability to query databases using SQL or an alternative.

Industry knowledge: Experience working within healthcare or life science industry; experience or knowledge of some of the following areas preferred
