  • Prepare, review, and maintain high‑quality account reconciliations, ensuring balances are fully substantiated, well‑documented, and audit‑ready.
  • Identify issues proactively, investigate their root causes, and resolve discrepancies with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborate closely with Investments, Investor Relations, and Operations teams.

Fund Accounting for Debt & Private Equity Vehicles

  • Support fund accounting activities for private equity and impact investment vehicles, including investment activity, capital movements, and fund-level reporting.

  • Partner with fund administrators and internal stakeholders to ensure clean, consistent, and timely reporting

Systems Excellence & Data Integrity

  • Serve as a power user across core financial systems by contributing to system enhancements, implementations, and integrations.
  • Leverage system capabilities to improve reporting quality, reduce manual work, and support better decision‑making.

Audit & Tax Preparation

  • Act as a key contributor during audits and tax preparation, preparing clear support schedules and responding to questions with confidence and precision.
  • Ensure documentation and processes can withstand scrutiny from auditors, regulators, and internal stakeholders.

Process Improvement & Automation

  • Continuously evaluate existing processes with a critical eye and a mindset of “how can this be better or simpler?”
  • Design and implement automation and efficiency improvements that increase accuracy, scalability, and transparency.
  • Contribute to building a finance function that is both operationally excellent and future‑ready.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Advanced, hands-on experience with Intacct, Salesforce, NetSuite or comparable platforms.
  • Proven ability to independently drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a personal commitment to producing consistently high-quality work.
