Requirements:

  • Prospect new clients (inbound and outbound) and qualify leads to identify business opportunities
  • Conduct sales meetings (online and/or in-person), present and demonstrate the software, and prepare proposals
  • Manage the sales funnel and CRM, monitor performance metrics (pipeline, conversion rate, average ticket)
  • Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and post-sales teams; maintain client relationships and support upsell/cross-sell strategies

Job description

O(a) Vendedor(a) / Comercial de Software será responsável pela prospecção, qualificação, negociação e fechamento de vendas de soluções de software, atuando de forma consultiva para entender as necessidades dos clientes e apresentar a melhor solução tecnológica para seus desafios de negócio.

Responsbilidades:

  • Prospectar novos clientes (inbound e outbound);
  • Qualificar leads e identificar oportunidades de negócio;
  • Conduzir reuniões comerciais (online e/ou presenciais);
  • Apresentar e demonstrar o software (demos);
  • Elaborar propostas comerciais e negociar condições;
  • Acompanhar o funil de vendas e atualizar CRM;
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com marketing, pré-vendas e pós-vendas;
  • Acompanhar métricas de desempenho (pipeline, taxa de conversão, ticket médio);
  • Manter relacionamento com clientes e apoiar estratégias de upsell e cross-sell;
  • Acompanhar tendências de mercado e concorrência.
