Roles & Responsibilities

  • Experience with genealogical research, civil certificates, and comunes for citizenship processes.
  • Familiarity with Italian genealogical records and documentation.
  • Ability to work as an autonomous contractor (PJ) with an active MEI for issuing invoices (NF).
  • Knowledge of document legalization steps including apostille and international shipment logistics.

Requirements:

  • Conduct Italian genealogical research (research-only, no document issuance).
  • Conduct research plus document issuance, apostille, and shipment to Brazil as required.
  • Perform mapping and organization of genealogical data for citizenship processes.
  • Manage tasks remotely, maintain clear documentation and timelines, and communicate progress with clients.

  • Pesquisa Italiana (apenas pesquisa, sem emissão);
  • Pesquisa + Emissão + Apostilamento + Envio para Brasil;
  • Mapeamento.

 

Requisitos:

  • Experiência com pesquisas genealógicas, certidões, comunes para processos de cidadania.

 

Modalidade de Contrato:

  • Autonômo/ PJ, com MEI ativo para emissão de NF, contrato de não exclusividade, podendo conciliar com outra atividade.

 

Pagamento:

  • Pagamento unitário por demanda entregue ou iniciada.
