Full Stack Web Developer

We are looking for a dedicated and mission-oriented full-stack developer on our Unified Communications team who will develop new features and support our clients in deploying amazing omnichannel customer experiences in their virtual contact center environments. You possess a unique skill of knowing React, PHP and being able to deploy bug-free code to production. You will work closely with the UC leaders, product managers, and the rest of the development teams, including Conversational AI and BI/analytics that integrate with Connect. Creative problem-solving skills, strong technical background, proactive collaboration with customers and teammates, and ability to iterate quickly and deliver value in our fast-paced, agile environment are keys to success in this role. Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and improve web applications using NextJs and Typescript for front-end and back-end development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, and implement new features, enhancements, and fixes.
Write clean, modular, and maintainable code, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and incorporating suggestions for improvement.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance, identifying bottlenecks and addressing issues efficiently.
Stay up-to-date with the latest web technologies, frameworks, and best practices to enhance and ensure the ongoing success of our applications.
Participate in agile development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including design documents, API specifications, and user guides.

Work directly with and learn from the business, product, analytics, and engineering leaders across the organization.

Qualifications:

3+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development, focusing on React and Typescript.
Strong knowledge of React, Redux, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other front-end technologies.
Proficiency in PHP and experience working with PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or similar.
Familiarity with SQL and experience working with databases, such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with and excitement for working on fast-paced, agile teams with startup DNA.
Self-motivated, curious, and quick/continuous learner with a passion for innovation in data analytics/science.
