Pittsburgh, PA/Remote
Full Time Salary Range: $90000 to $110000/Annum
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, distributed systems (microservices, Kubernetes), cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Dynatrace Proficiency: Deep experience with the Dynatrace platform (APM, Observability).
• Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and root cause analysis abilities.
• Scripting: Familiarity with scripting languages like Python, Bash.
• Methodologies: Experience with DevOps, Agile, and CI/CD.
• Implementation & Configuration: Deploying, configuring, and maintaining Dynatrace agents, dashboards, alerts, and reports across diverse environments (cloud, on-premise, hybrid).
• Performance Analysis: Analyzing metrics, logs, and traces to identify performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis (RCA) for complex applications.
• Automation & Integration: Developing automation scripts (e.g., Python, Shell) and integrating Dynatrace with CI/CD pipelines and other tools.
• Monitoring & Alerting: Engineering event management rules, configuring monitoring frameworks, and ensuring efficient alerting for critical systems.
• Support: Providing break/fix support, incident escalation, and performing scheduled maintenance (patches, upgrades) for the monitoring platform.
• Collaboration: Partnering with development, operations, and sales teams, providing technical guidance, and delivering demos.
