We are on the lookout 🕵🏻 for the next awesome German speaker to join our HKR team as an Outbound Caller, working for a US-based client in outbound B2C sales of legal protection and health insurance for customers in Switzerland. 🇺🇸

What you'll be doing?
  • 🔸 Make outbound B2C calls using provided lead lists and pre-written scripts — no cold calling creativity needed, just solid execution.
  • 🔸 Present and promote legal protection and health insurance products to individuals in Switzerland.
  • 🔸 Handle objections like a pro and turn “maybe” into “yes” with empathy and clarity.
  • 🔸 Keep accurate records of calls and outcomes, updating the CRM with each interaction.
  • 🔸 Collaborate with the team to improve performance and share insights that can boost conversions.
  • 🔸 Stay aligned with compliance and quality standards — we play by the book.

  • About you
  • 📞 You speak German at C1 level or higher and English at B2 minimum — fluent, professional, and confident on the phone.
  • 📞 You have experience in sales or outbound calling — insurance experience is a big plus.
  • 📞 You’re comfortable following scripts while sounding natural and engaging.
  • 📞 You’re a good listener, persuasive speaker, and respectful communicator.
  • 📞 You’re tech-savvy, especially with CRM tools and spreadsheets — or willing to learn fast.
  • 📞 You’re a self-starter who loves results and brings energy to every call.
