Job description

At Ryz Labs, we’re looking for a data-driven and creative Growth Marketer to drive customer acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention across digital channels. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and analytics, with a strong focus on experimentation, performance optimization, and scalable growth strategies.

You’ll own the full growth funnel, identify new opportunities, run experiments, and turn insights into measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue
Own and optimize the end-to-end growth funnel using data and experimentation
Plan, launch, and analyze A/B tests and growth experiments across channels
Manage and optimize paid, organic, and owned channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, email, lifecycle, social, partnerships)
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Design teams
Analyze performance metrics and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities
Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs and communicate insights
Continuously research trends, tools, and best practices in growth marketing

Requirements
3+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing
Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions
Hands-on experience with experimentation, funnels, and conversion optimization
Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
Experience managing paid media and/or lifecycle marketing campaigns
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
