Requirements:

  • Design, develop, and support enterprise integration solutions, including system-to-system integrations, APIs, event-driven workflows, and data synchronization; ensure performance, resiliency, and alignment with enterprise architecture and business needs
  • Build and maintain integrations using iPaaS and middleware platforms (Boomi), REST APIs, file-based interfaces, and messaging patterns; implement event-driven and publish/subscribe patterns to improve scalability and decoupling
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and implementation plans; develop integration specifications, data mappings, transformations, and error-handling strategies ensuring data accuracy and reliability
  • Implement secure integration patterns; establish and enforce integration development standards, logging/monitoring/alerting; monitor and resolve integration issues; support data flows between ERP (CMiC), HCM (Workday), Financial (Board), and operational systems (Procore); leverage CI/CD pipelines and ensure operational readiness

*Please note: this position works out of our West LA office 3x per week, with the option to work from home 2x per week.

Responsibilities:

The Senior Integration Developer designs, develops, and supports enterprise integration solutions that enable secure, reliable, and scalable data exchange across business systems. This role focuses on building and maintaining integrations, APIs, and data pipelines using modern integration platforms and patterns, while ensuring performance, resiliency, and alignment with enterprise architecture and business needs. The Senior Integration Developer provides technical leadership, establishes integration development standards.

 

  • Designs, develops, and supports enterprise integration solutions, including system-to-system integrations, APIs, event-driven workflows, and data synchronization processes.
  • Builds and maintains integrations using iPaaS and middleware platforms (Boomi), REST APIs, file-based interfaces, and messaging patterns.
  • Implements event-driven and publish/subscribe integration patterns where appropriate to improve scalability, resiliency, and system decoupling.
  • Collaborates with IT Team, and business stakeholders to translate integration requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
  • Develops integration specifications, data mappings, transformations, and error-handling strategies that ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
  • Implements secure integration patterns, including authentication, authorization, encryption, certificate management, and secure data transmission.
  • Establishes and enforces integration development standards, naming conventions, versioning strategies, and reusable integration components.
  • Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting standards to support observability, operational reliability, and proactive issue detection across integration solutions.
  • Monitors, troubleshoots, and resolves integration failures and performance issues, providing root-cause analysis and long-term corrective actions.
  • Supports enterprise data flows between ERP (CMiC), HCM (Workday), Financial (Board), and operational systems (Procore), including batch, near-real-time, and event-based integrations.
  • Conducts code and configuration reviews to ensure integrations meet quality, performance, and security best practices.
  • Develops and maintains technical documentation for integrations, including interface contracts, data mappings, and operational support procedures.
  • Leverage CI/CD pipelines, environment promotion, and operational readiness for integration platforms.
Qualifications:
  • Experience:
  • 5-10 years of experience in software development and enterprise integrations.
  • Experience in construction, engineering, or project-based ERP environments is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field required.
  • Additional Role Specific Skills:
  • Strong experience with integration platforms such as Dell Boomi or similar iPaaS solutions.
  • Strong SQL skills (Oracle, MS SQL/T-SQL) with the ability to extract, transform, and validate data.
  • Experience integrating ERP, HCM, financial, and operational systems (e.g., Oracle, Procore, CMiC, Workday, or similar).
  • Proficiency with RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, SOAP, and file-based integrations (CSV, flat files, SFTP).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated initiative, follow-through, resourcefulness, efficiency, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to learn new software and applications quickly.
  • Ability to create a culture of inclusion and belonging by acting with courage, humility, and curiosity; desire to learn about others and self-reflect.
Salary Range Information:

Boston Base Salary Range: $135,000 - $170,000 The range stated is specific to Boston.  Placement within the listed range depends on many factors including, but not limited to years of experience, project size capability (for Construction & Field roles) and internal company equity.
