Associate Attorney (Workers Compensation)

Our firm is actively seeking to hire a Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney for our Florida-based team.

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled litigation attorney with at least two years of experience. While prior workers' compensation experience is a plus, it is not a requirement. We are prepared to provide comprehensive training to a qualified candidate who demonstrates a strong desire to transition into this area of law.

This position is a fully remote opportunity, offering a unique level of flexibility for an attorney based anywhere within the state of Florida. There is no requirement for in-office or courtroom presence.
