Job description

We’re looking for a Senior Paid Ads Strategist who can own strategy, execution, and performance across Google Ads and Meta Ads. This is not a campaign factory role. You will work end to end, from understanding business goals and funnels to building scalable paid media systems that drive real outcomes.

This role is designed for someone who goes beyond surface-level optimizations and understands how tracking, signal quality, creative strategy, and platform mechanics work together. You will operate as a strategic partner, not a button pusher.

If you enjoy solving messy performance problems, working close to revenue, and building paid media programs that scale, this role is a strong fit.

Why You’ll Want to Join

  • You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th)
  • Up to 14 days of Paid Time Off annually (starting Day 1)
  • Observance of Holidays per company guidelines
  • 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you’re most productive
  • High-ownership role with real influence over strategy and outcomes
  • Work in an environment that values thinking, experimentation, and accountability
  • Exposure to advanced paid media concepts including attribution, signal quality, and platform optimization
  • Opportunity to grow alongside experienced operators and performance leaders

What You’ll Work On

Strategy and Planning

  • Build paid media strategies aligned to business goals, revenue models, and funnel complexity
  • Translate real-world business needs into platform-ready campaign structures
  • Plan full-funnel approaches across acquisition, retargeting, and conversion stages
  • Connect creative angles, messaging, and offer strategy to performance goals

Platform Execution and Optimization

  • Own campaign setup, optimization, and scaling across Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Diagnose performance issues using both platform data and business context
  • Run structured testing across creative, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing flows
  • Manage budgets responsibly while optimizing for signal quality and conversion outcomes

Tracking, Signals, and Measurement

You do not need to be an engineer, but you must understand how data feeds the platforms.

  • Identify tracking gaps, attribution issues, and conversion signal weaknesses
  • Work with tracking, analytics, or engineering partners to improve event coverage
  • Understand how platform machine learning uses signals and how to optimize for it
  • Evaluate performance beyond surface metrics like CTR and CPC

Stakeholder Communication

  • Lead performance discussions with clarity and confidence
  • Present insights, recommendations, and tradeoffs in a way stakeholders can act on
  • Set expectations and guide decisions during both strong and challenging performance periods
  • Maintain clear, proactive communication around results and next steps

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with creative, analytics, and technical teams
  • Align paid media execution with landing pages, offers, and conversion flows
  • Contribute to internal documentation, playbooks, and performance standards

What You Bring

  • 3 to 5+ years of hands-on paid ads experience with direct ownership of strategy
  • Strong experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Proven ability to work with funnels beyond simple ecommerce
  • Comfort operating in accounts with meaningful spend and performance responsibility
  • Strong analytical instincts and the ability to troubleshoot performance efficiently
  • Confidence leading conversations and explaining strategy to non-specialists
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • High ownership mindset and comfort working in fast-moving environments

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in agencies or performance-driven teams
  • Exposure to attribution discussions, offline conversions, or CRM-integrated funnels
  • Experience collaborating closely with creative teams
  • Familiarity with automation, AI tools, or advanced optimization workflows
